1. General terms of delivery and payment

All orders are carried out according to the following conditions. Unless otherwise reported, it is assumed that these conditions are understood and accepted. Deviations from these terms of sale and payment are only valid in writing.

2. Offers, documents, designations

All dimensions, weights, performance data and illustrations given in catalogs, offers and designations are non-binding. We reserve the right to make changes at any time.

3. Prices

The prices are non-binding, strictly net, exclusive of VAT or other taxes, unpacked, uninsured, ex Zollikofen / Switzerland.

4. Orders

Orders are considered binding and can only be canceled on the same day. In the event of delivery delays or obstacles, you will be informed by email as soon as possible. The availability of the offered articles is reserved. Complaints must be made, stating the delivery note or invoice number, within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise the delivery is considered accepted.

5. Delivery time

Delivery dates for products are confirmed in writing. Depending on the place of delivery, delivery dates may deviate from the specified deadlines and are given to the best of our judgment. If the agreed delivery period is exceeded, we will not assume any liability, not even for possible consequential damage. Any delay in delivery gives the client neither the right to cancellation nor the right to compensation.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until the invoice has been paid in full. However, all risks in connection with the delivered goods are transferred to the buyer from the place of dispatch.

7. Shipping

costs Shipping costs depend on the place of delivery and the mode of transport and are visible when ordering.

8. Liability

The company SouthAfricanTaste.ch is not liable for any damage suffered by the buyer through the use or operation of the purchased item. SouthAfricanTaste.ch assumes no liability for lost profit, indirect or indirect damage that the buyer or third parties may suffer.

9. Payment conditions

Payment only by transfer (advance payment) to our Swiss bank account.

10. Right of withdrawal

Swiss law does not provide for a return period or any other right of return after you have sent the order. However, we still grant you the right of withdrawal 48 hours after you have paid, provided your order has not yet been sent to you.

11. Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits drawn are to be surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, the buyer has to pay compensation.

12. Special notes

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

All images used on this website are protected by copyright and may not be used without the written consent of SouthAfricanTaste.ch.

14. Security and data protection

Personal data is transmitted in encrypted form. A transfer to third parties can take place.

15. Industrial property rights, tools, confidentiality

We reserve the property and all commercial property rights and copyrights for forms, samples, illustrations, technical documents, cost estimates or offers made available by us to customers, suppliers or third-party companies. The customer or supplier may only use them in the manner agreed with SouthAfricanTaste.ch. Without our written consent, the contractual objects may not be produced by customers, suppliers or third-party companies themselves, nor may they be copied by other manufacturers. If we deliver products based on drawings, models and samples provided by the customer, our customer is liable for ensuring that industrial property rights and other rights of third parties are not violated by the manufacture and delivery. In the event of injury, he is directly liable for all resulting damage.

General provisions

Changes and additions to these general terms and conditions must be in writing. SouthAfricanTaste.ch reserves the right to change or add to the general terms and conditions at any time.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction and performance is Bern. Swiss law applies.
